Fixed a data race in TTFStringMeasurer's per-character glyph metric cache: a shared measurer written from multiple threads at once (concurrent document rendering) could corrupt the underlying Dictionary, surfacing as InvalidOperationException/ArgumentException/NullReferenceException out of MeasureChars. Cache is now a ConcurrentDictionary, written through the indexer.
Versioning aligned with the Scryber.Core engine version from this release onward - the PackageVersion had drifted from what was actually last published (9.2.0) since 6.0.3.3-beta; the source itself was current, only the project file's version metadata had lagged.

Now supports the otf, ttf, and ttc file formats for font reading and measuring.
Compatible with net standard 2.0 and net 6.0.

There is a change in usage to the Scryber.OpenType.TypefaceReader along with returning a LineSize struct, rather than a System.Drawing.SizeF struct.

Added support for measurement honoring the non-breaking space (char 160) and breaking preferentially on a hypen if it is flagged in the type measurement options.

This is the base type for reading OpenType, TTF and TTC font files used in scryber.core, but is independent from any PDF creation requirements.
