Data movement for the ShiftSoftware ADP.Menus catalog, from its SQL source of truth: SQL-to-Cosmos replication (the save trigger and the catch-up sweep that keep the ServiceMenus containers fresh) and SQL-to-DuckDB sync (a SyncEngine flow projecting through the same mappers, for menu lookups served from DuckDB storage by ShiftSoftware.ADP.Lookup.Services.DuckDB).
