Sidub Platform — Caching

The cache for the Sidub Platform. Partitions held by pluggable handlers (memory and pass-through here; Redis in Sidub.Platform.Caching.Redis), point reads of listed entity types served behind IQueryService, aggregates cached with tags, and every save or delete through the query service keeping both current in every process.
