Refactored loading of frequency amplitudes into functions specific to frequency domain, switched spectral analyzer to use frequency amplitudes from frequency response (instead of raw magnitudes from fourier coefficients). We return Dictionary<double,double> from AveragedFrequency method now (key is frequency percent, value is averaged amplitude)
