SocketsHttpHandlerFW NuGet

A partial port of SocketsHttpHandler to .NET Framework for HTTP/2 testing.

Does NOT support:

  • HTTP/1 and HTTP/3
  • Cookies
  • Proxies
  • Request & connection auth
  • SslOptions (besides remote cert validation)
  • Auto decompression
  • Metrics, distributed tracing
  • Probably something else 🤷

Only supports HTTP/2:

  • H2C (HTTP/2 over cleartext) works fine.
  • ALPN is not supported. For HTTP/2 over TLS, the server may need tweaks to accept HTTP/2 without negotiation. See the TestServer project in this repo.
