Sparkdo.Communication.Sms.Aliyun

基于阿里云 Dysmsapi SDK 的 SMS Provider。该服务只支持引用内容；逻辑内容名称通过 Profile 映射为阿里云 TemplateCode，内容参数序列化为 TemplateParam JSON。

优先使用 Credential 接入角色凭据或其他动态凭据。也可同时配置 AccessKeyId 与 AccessKeySecret，但凭据必须来自受保护的机密来源。

逻辑名称到服务商模板代码的映射属于部署适配，不在本包定义模板文本。未来接入文本模板产品域时，调用侧继续传递相同的 CommunicationContentReference 和参数即可。

Provider 不启用 SDK 自动重试。API 明确限流或暂时不可用时允许 Provider 链故障转移；传输异常返回 Unknown，避免因结果不确定而重复发送短信。
