Sparkdo.Communication

统一通信调度运行时。安装后，Sparkdo Manifest 会注册 ICommunicationDispatcher；具体 Email、SMS 通道由对应运行时包注册。

调度器会在任何发送发生前解析并校验全部通道请求。通道未注册、Profile 未配置 Provider 或 Provider 配置无效时会立即失败，不会静默丢弃消息。

该运行时只负责调用级调度，不提供持久化、重试队列或 Outbox。CommunicationId、IdempotencyKey、不可变请求与结果边界为后续可靠投递产品域预留。
