SpeedForce (JDC Developer Cli) Software License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SpeedForce SOFTWARE (THE "SOFTWARE"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. Grant of License
   This License allows you to use and distribute the Software for both personal and commercial purposes, free of charge. The License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

2. Restrictions
   a) You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
   b) You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Software in whole or in part without explicit written permission from the Licensor.
   c) You may not remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
   The Software and any accompanying materials are the intellectual property of the Licensor and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted to you under this License.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
   The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use, distribution, or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Termination
   This License is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this License at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this License. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

7. Governing Law
   This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, Cache County. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cache County, Utah, United States.

This License represents the entire agreement concerning the Software between you and the Licensor and supersedes all prior agreements and representations, whether oral or written.
