SpiceRawParser

A .NET library for parsing SPICE simulation raw output files (.raw). Supports ngspice and LTspice formats with automatic detection. Handles binary and ASCII data, including complex-valued results from AC analysis.

Supported Formats

  • Nutmeg (ngspice / Berkeley SPICE3) - binary and ASCII
  • LTspice - binary and ASCII

Format is auto-detected by default using file encoding. You can also specify it explicitly:

Parsing from Streams

Auto-detection requires a seekable stream. For non-seekable streams, specify the format explicitly.
