In-memory transport for SquidStd.Messaging. Provides a channel-backed IQueueProvider with per-queue buffering, round-robin delivery to subscribers, retry/dead-letter handling, and metrics — registered with a single AddInMemoryMessaging() call. Ideal for single-process apps, tests, and local dev.
