This license governs your use of StructMap, including the runtime libraries, embedded or external model artifacts, weights, indexes, data files, documentation, and related materials (the "Software"). By installing, copying, loading, or using the Software, you accept this license. If you do not accept this license, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to this license, Gavin Jacob Monroe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

(a) install, copy, and use the Software within your organization;

(b) integrate the Software into your own applications, services, workflows, and internal tools;

(c) use the Software for commercial and non-commercial purposes; and

(d) distribute the Software only as a bundled component of your own application or service, and only to the extent necessary for that application or service to run.

2. Distribution Conditions

If you distribute an application or service that includes the Software, you must ensure that:

(a) the Software is not exposed, marketed, or distributed as a standalone package, model, SDK, library, dataset, or artifact;

(b) your users cannot reasonably extract or use the Software separately from your application or service;

(c) your distribution terms prohibit copying, reverse engineering, sublicensing, and redistributing the Software except as part of your application or service; and

(d) all copyright, license, and proprietary notices included with the Software remain intact.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

(a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the Software as a standalone product or service;

(b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, model weights, feature mappings, training data, or internal algorithms from the Software, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction;

(c) use the Software to create, train, validate, or improve a substantially similar or competing structure-mapping model, dataset, library, or service;

(d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, license, trademark, or proprietary notice;

(e) use the Software in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; or

(f) represent that the Software is open source or licensed under an open source license.

4. Ownership

Gavin Jacob Monroe and his licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this license.

5. Clinical and Regulatory Use

The Software is a text-labeling and structure-mapping tool. It is not provided as a medical device, clinical decision system, treatment-planning system, or substitute for professional medical review. You are responsible for validating the Software and its outputs for your intended use, workflow, jurisdiction, and regulatory obligations.

6. Third-Party Components

The Software may include or depend on third-party components. Those components remain subject to their own license terms. This license does not grant rights to third-party software beyond the rights provided by the applicable third-party licenses.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete or destroy all copies in your possession or control, except copies retained only as required by law or standard backup procedures.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available." Gavin Jacob Monroe disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gavin Jacob Monroe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Software or this license, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by Gavin Jacob Monroe.
