TCIS.Observability.ElasticApm

Elastic APM Agent wiring for the TCIS Framework — the W3C trace pipeline OPS runs on a dedicated APM Server (direct HTTP intake, independent of the existing OpenTelemetry/OTLP pipeline).

Usage

builder.Services.AddTElasticApm(builder.Configuration);

No-op when ElasticApm:ServerUrl isn't present in configuration — a service that hasn't opted in is completely unaffected (no extra services registered, nothing shipped anywhere). To enable, add an ElasticApm section (ServerUrl, SecretToken, ServiceName, Environment, ...) per the Elastic APM .NET Agent configuration reference. SecretToken must come from User Secrets / environment variables, never committed to appsettings.json.

The agent bridges into System.Diagnostics.Activity, so TCIS.Logging's existing Activity.Current-based trace.id/span.id population already correlates with APM Server transactions — no additional Serilog enricher needed.
