1. Grant of Rights
Subject to the terms of this license and a valid license for the
required TX Text Control products, you are permitted to:
- use this software internally or commercially
- modify and customize the source code
- create derivative works
- integrate the software into internal or customer-facing systems
- deploy modified versions within your organization or for customers
- redistribute modified versions of this software together with
licensed TX Text Control products
- commercially sell solutions and services built on top of this
software when used together with licensed TX Text Control products
Users are not required to publicly disclose modifications made to
this software.

2. TX Text Control Dependency
This software is intended for use with commercial TX Text Control
products and related proprietary software libraries.
A valid license for the required TX Text Control products is required
to build, run, deploy, or use this software in production
environments.
TX Text Control binaries, license keys, trial keys, and proprietary
assets are NOT included under this license. Third-party software and
AI model weights remain subject to their respective licenses.

3. Permitted Customization
Licensed users may customize this software for their own business
requirements, including:
- UI modifications
- workflow customization
- integration into existing systems
- white-label deployments
- proprietary internal extensions

4. Platform Dependency Restriction
This software is designed exclusively for use with licensed
TX Text Control products.
It is NOT permitted to:
- remove TX Text Control as a core component of the platform
- replace TX Text Control with alternative document processing,
document editing, or document rendering technologies
- use this software independently of TX Text Control products
- offer this software as a standalone SaaS or hosted service for
AI-assisted document processing or automation without
TX Text Control technologies
- create competing standalone AI-assisted document processing or
automation products or services based on this software without
TX Text Control technologies
Commercial usage, redistribution, and deployment are only permitted
when the solution continues to use properly licensed TX Text Control
components as a core part of the platform.

5. Trademark Notice
"Text Control", "TX Text Control", "Text Control AI", and related logos
are trademarks or registered trademarks of Text Control GmbH and/or
Text Control, LLC.
This license does not grant permission to use Text Control branding,
