Tnzi.Finance.Offers

Commercial offer documents for the Tnzi.NET finance module: estimates (quotes) and purchase orders, with their own status machine, their own number series and conversion into an invoice / bill draft. Optional module - these documents never post to the ledger, so a consumer that only keeps books never sees the four tables, the twenty endpoints or the eight permission codes.

Part of Tnzi.NET, a modular application framework for .NET 10 built on ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core. Functionality is split into composable modules with a managed lifecycle, shared conventions for entities, services, controllers and permissions, and an optional AI layer (agents, tools, RAG, workflows) that plugs into the same module system.
