UFPayments SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. LICENSE GRANT

1.1 License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Kodblue grants Licensee a Perpetual non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. The license is restricted to the domain(s) supplied during purchase. The software is provided free to use for an unlimited time period where payment features are restricted to test mode only.

1.2 Restrictions. Licensee shall not, and shall not allow any third party to:

   a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
   b. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Software.
   c. Remove or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices on the Software.
   d. Transfer, sublicense, or assign the license to any third party without the prior written consent of Licensor.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1 Ownership. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to Licensee.

2.2 Feedback. Licensee may provide suggestions, comments, or other feedback to Licensor regarding the Software. Licensee hereby grants Licensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to use and incorporate such feedback into the Software.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the Authors or
copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, loss of profits or other liability, whether in an
action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the
software or the use or other dealings in the software.

4. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using the software you are agreeing to the terms of
use of this license.
