UiGuide Agent License

The author of UiGuide Agent ("the Author", publishing as DomitorAI) owns the
copyright in the Software. The Author shares the Software free of charge, as
knowledge put into a working application. This license lets you use it; it
does not transfer any ownership of the Software to you.

Definitions
- "Software": the UiGuide Agent binaries, packages, container images, scripts
  and documentation published by the Author (including the GitHub releases and
  the NuGet, npm and container packages).
- "Your Application": software that you develop or operate, that uses the
  Software and that has its own purpose and functionality beyond the Software.

1. Free use without limits. You may use, install, run and copy the Software
   for any purpose, including commercial purposes, free of charge, with no
   limit on the number of users, applications, servers or devices.

2. Use in your applications. You may include the Software's client libraries
   (for example the desktop SDK and the web script) in Your Application and
   distribute them, unmodified, together with Your Application - also when you
   sell Your Application. Your end users may use them as part of Your
   Application.

3. Server. You may run the UiGuide Agent server on any infrastructure (your
   computer, your organization's servers, a cloud provider) for your own
   applications and for those of your clients.

4. Resale only with the Author's permission. Without the Author's prior
   written permission (an e-mail is enough) you may not:
   a) sell, rent, license or otherwise charge for the Software itself or a
      copy of it, alone or in a bundle whose main value is the Software;
   b) offer the Software to others as a paid hosted service whose main value
      is the Software itself.
   You may always charge for Your Application, and for your own services of
   installing, configuring or integrating the Software for a client.

5. Integrity. You may not distribute modified versions of the Software's
   binaries or packages, nor present the Software, or a modified version of
   it, as your own work. You may configure and extend the Software through its
   documented settings, protocol and APIs. Decompiling the Software for
   interoperability or troubleshooting is allowed.

6. Notices. Keep this license and the copyright notices with any copy of the
   Software you distribute. Third-party components included in the Software
   are provided under their own licenses (see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES where
   provided); this license does not change those licenses.

7. Your data. This license gives the Author no rights to Your Application,
   your data or your end users' data. The Software runs on infrastructure you
   control and sends data only to the services you configure (for example your
   UiGuide Agent server and your LLM provider).

8. Your decision, no warranty. Nobody is required to use the Software. The
   decision to use it, and how, in any project is yours alone, and so is the
   responsibility for that decision. The Software is provided free of charge,
   "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
   fitness for a particular purpose. It may contain errors. The Author has no
   obligation to provide support, fixes or updates. You use the Software at
   your own risk, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. No liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall
   not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit or business)
   arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Software. This does
   not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent
   or gross negligence).
