This License governs use of the accompanying software package, including any compiled binaries, associated documentation, and configuration files distributed with it (the "Software"). The Software's source code is not licensed or distributed under this License and remains the exclusive property of the copyright holder.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this License, the copyright holder grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• install and use the Software for a Noncommercial Purpose (defined below);
• reproduce and distribute the unmodified Software solely as a dependency embedded in your own software, where your own software is itself used only for a Noncommercial Purpose.

No other rights are granted. In particular, this License does not grant any right to the Software's source code, to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, or to remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in the Software.

2. Noncommercial Purpose

"Noncommercial Purpose" means use that is not intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation. This includes:

• personal, hobby, or educational use;
• academic or scientific research;
• use by a charitable organization or government body, provided the use is not part of a revenue-generating activity or service offered by that organization or body;
• evaluation of the Software to decide whether to purchase a commercial license.

Use is not a Noncommercial Purpose — regardless of whether money changes hands for the Software itself — if it is:

• performed by, for, or on behalf of a for-profit entity in the course of its business, including internal tooling;
• part of a product or service that is sold, licensed, or offered to third parties, including as part of a paid or ad-supported offering;

3. Commercial Use

The Software is licensed, not sold. The copyright holder retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, whether or not specifically recognized or perfected under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

5. Termination

This License terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control. Sections 4, 6, and 7 survive termination.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability
