WalFlow.Observability.OpenTelemetry

OpenTelemetry plugin for WalFlow.

What it does

Registers WalFlow Meter names.
Registers WalFlow ActivitySource names.
Hooks ILogger into OpenTelemetry log export.

Metric labels

Per-event metrics intentionally avoid db.schema and db.table labels by default. Table-level detail can create high-cardinality time series in large databases; keep that detail in traces, logs, or controlled custom metrics where the table set is bounded.
