Webority.Security

Shared security and identity packages for Webority products: authentication, multi-factor (TOTP, OTP, recovery codes, passkeys), JWT issuance with hashed refresh tokens and revocation, permission-based authorization, and ASP.NET Core perimeter hardening.

Designed to plug into an application's existing data model: the packages own no entities and no tables. A host's own entities implement small capability interfaces, and the EntityFrameworkCore package binds generically to the host's DbContext.

services.AddWeboritySecurity(config.GetSection("Security"))
        .DirectlyExposed()                     // or .BehindProxy(...)
        .AddRealm<CustomerUser>("Customer", r => r
            .WithEmailLogin()
            .UseJwt()
            .WithTotp()
            .WithPasskeys());

Maturity

Password, JWT, cookie and API-key authentication are exercised by adopting products.

SAML and passkeys (WebAuthn) are validated against test vectors only. Neither has completed a live exchange with a real identity provider (Entra ID, Okta, ADFS) or a physical authenticator. The implementations are complete and tested, but the first real exchange is where protocol implementations most commonly disagree — the SAML redirect-binding query signature above all. Treat both as unproven until that has happened.

Proprietary — for use within Webority Technologies products.
