Features

- Exposed the `TitleBar` in the custom `Window`, allowing easy access to modify its properties and content.

Fixes

- `Content` now correctly fills the entire space of the `ContentControl`.
- Fix setting `Position` in XAML with `X` and `Y` (coordinates), and `StartPosition` (`"Default"`/`"Center"`). `Position` property is still available for code-behind.
