Winglet.Tenancy.Lifecycle.Testing

Provider-neutral conformance support for services implementing ADR-020. The package contains explicit scenario helpers and assertions; it does not own a database, EF Core model, MariaDB container, worker, authentication bypass or service domain behavior.

Consumers provide an adapter that invokes their real lifecycle endpoints or application boundary and reads authoritative state. The scenarios cover idempotent replay, stale/conflicting revisions, unfinished-operation protection, side-effect-free state reads and decommission/reprovision. Auth and real JwtBearer boundary tests should compose Winglet.Authentication.Testing.

Provider-specific concurrency and persistence tests remain owned by the target service and must use its real persistence provider where required.
