Wisdom.CommonUtil.Configuration

Wisdom 电表检测软件强类型配置库：功率源、表架、误差仪、温湿箱、铭牌/报告编号等硬件与系统参数的 JSON 持久化。通过 ConfigurationContainer 单例统一加载与保存，文件位于 %LocalAppData%。支持 netstandard2.0、net48、net8.0-windows。
