基于 Stateless 的线程安全状态机基类，封装状态查询、异步触发与变更通知，并兼容不同 Stateless 版本的流转回调差异。适用于检测流程、设备工况等业务状态管理。支持 netstandard2.0、net48、net8.0-windows。
