LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Xente and its suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or Documentation. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Software.

TERMINATION Your rights under this Agreement terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and Documentation.

GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
