Xio.Parallax.Common

The PX Frame wire format for XI Parallax: the frame container, its chain rules, and one encode, decode and validate library shared by the Parallax client, the harness and REST.

Register it with AddXioParallaxCommon(IServiceCollection), which composes the frame encoder, container validator, decoder, chain builder and sequence hasher, and the Xio.Crypto hash service they hash through.

The repository's own README.md is this package's full documentation — the package, test vectors, building and testing, and the release notes. This file only points a consumer at it and at the format's design of record, docs/px-frame.md.
