Zespy.Signing.Contracts

Public immutable account, delegation, signing-operation and certified-proof messages for the managed signing service. Canonical organisation IDs and native product account IDs have distinct meanings. This package contains no key custody, database or signing root implementation. A receipt certifies durable intake, not payment or service eligibility.

Use the matching Zespy.Signing.Verification package for offline proof verification. Both packages are distributed through nuget.org; no private feed or service credential is required to read these models or verify retained proofs. Access to hosted product APIs remains separately authorised. Wire profile versions are separate from package release versions.

Account authority has two explicit policies. ez.account-delegation.v1 retains the existing customer-admin delegation meaning. ez.platform-account-attestation.v1 means EZ provisions an account/purpose seal after independently checking its current recorded native account/company association. It is machine authority, not a person's signature or a claim that a legal representative explicitly gave signing consent. The certificate keeps the existing scoped-key shape and JWS type; its signed PolicyVersion distinguishes the assurance. Old proofs are never relabelled.

PlatformAccountAuthorityRequest/Reply are internal issuer-to-product association messages. Products retain ordinary Issue/Send permissions and automated intake authority. Registration audit includes PlatformAuthorityProvenance; its absence on old approvals is omitted from JSON to preserve historical serialization.
