Zespy.Signing.Verification
Deterministic invoice assertion encoding and independent portable proof verification. Consumers supply independently approved root policies and their verification clock; never accept a trust root supplied by the invoice. No private key, issuer network call, credential, database or runtime host is needed to verify a retained proof.
Verification establishes the signed assertions and authorised issuer decision. It does not establish NDIS eligibility, service delivery, approval, a claim or payment.
Claim actions use separate ClaimProtocol profiles and typed digest-linked content;
they do not widen invoice assertion purposes. Their certified meaning is an EZ
record of an acknowledged submission or qualified source observation, never claim
eligibility, NDIA authorship, funding or supplier settlement. Expected scope/action
and roots must come from independent consumer policy. See
docs/claim-evidence-protocol.md in the source repository for the product-owned
admission/export responsibility and current integration boundary.
The verifier accepts exactly ez.account-delegation.v1 and
ez.platform-account-attestation.v1 account policies. The former describes explicit
delegation; the latter describes an EZ-managed account seal for an authorised product
workflow. A valid platform seal does not prove personal consent, legal representation
or external independent ABN verification. Consumers should expose that assurance
accurately and may impose their own explicit policy acceptance rule.
Both policies retain exact scoped-key, accepted-operation, validity and independent root checks. Historical explicit-delegation bytes and proofs remain verifiable; adding platform support never recertifies an old invoice under a new policy.
