ZingPDF, including this repository, the distributed binaries, and the NuGet packages published under the ZingPDF name, is proprietary software.

Non-commercial use, internal evaluation, and other use that does not generate commercial gain are permitted under the applicable non-commercial and evaluation terms.

Commercial use requires an active paid subscription with sufficient licensed seats or a separate written commercial agreement from the copyright holder.

Without an active paid subscription or separate written commercial agreement, you may not use this software for commercial gain.

Without express written permission from the copyright holder, you may not:

- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from this software, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly forbids such a restriction
- redistribute source code
- resell this software, whether on a standalone basis or as part of another offering
- publish, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, assign, transfer, or make this software available as a standalone library, SDK, package, service, toolkit, or competing offering

For clarity, a paid subscription does not by itself grant permission to:

- resell ZingPDF as a library, SDK, package, or competing product
