Zlink.Framework.Codecs.MessagePack 0.30.2

zlink License 1.0

Copyright 2026 ZLink Systems

This license governs the zlink framework software distributed by ZLink
Systems ("Licensor") under the `framework/` directory of the zlink
repository and in packages that state they are licensed under the
zlink License ("Software"). Components under other licenses (for example
MPL-2.0 for `core/` and `bindings/`, Apache-2.0 for client connectors,
samples, and http-client) are governed by their own licenses.

The Software is source-available. It is not open source software.

1. Definitions

1.1 "You" means the individual or legal entity exercising rights under
this license, together with its affiliates.

1.2 "Machine" means one physical computer or one virtual machine. All
processes and containers running on the same Machine count as one
Machine. For Kubernetes, each node that runs the Software is one
Machine. For managed container services that do not expose Machines,
each concurrently running instance is one Machine.

1.3 "Service" means the running instances of the Software that use the
same mesh name. A Service whose usage is reported under an Account's
License Key is a Service of that Account.

1.4 "Connected Machines" means the number of distinct Machines on which
the instances of one Service run at the same time, as last reported
by the Software. Usage reports over time are a record of use under
    Section 9.

1.5 "Account" means Your account at the Licensor's website.

1.6 "License Key" means a key issued by the Licensor to an Account and
signed by the Licensor. It identifies the Account. The number of
Connected Machines You may use beyond the free one is set by Your
paid subscription, as recorded by the Licensor. You must keep the
    License Key confidential.

1.7 "Evaluation Period" means the 30 days starting on the first UTC day
on which the Licensor receives a usage report showing a Service of
the Account on more than one Connected Machine, counting that day as
the first day. Each Account has one Evaluation Period.

2. License Grant

Subject to Your compliance with this license, the Licensor grants You a
worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy, modify,
build, and run the Software, and to distribute the Software in object
form as part of Your own application, for any purpose permitted by
Section 4.

3. Free and Paid Use

3.1 One Machine. Running a Service on one Connected Machine is free,
with or without a License Key, including commercial use.

3.2 More Than One Machine. Running a Service on more than one Connected
Machine requires a License Key registered in that Service. Each
Connected Machine beyond the first requires a paid license, except
    during the Evaluation Period.

3.3 Evaluation Period. During the Evaluation Period, a Service of the
Account may run on more than one Connected Machine without a paid
    license.

3.4 Versions Before 1.0.0. A version of the Software released before
version 1.0.0 may run on any number of Connected Machines without a
License Key or a paid license. Section 3.2 and Section 5 apply from
    version 1.0.0.

3.5 Fees. Fees for paid licenses are published on the Licensor's website.
Development, testing, and production use are counted the same way.
The number of developers, processor cores, and concurrent users does
    not affect the fee.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

(a) offer the Software, or a modified version of it, to others as a
stand-alone framework, library, or service that substitutes for the
    Software or offers substantially the same functionality;

(b) provide to third parties, as a commercial service, hosting,
diagnostics, testing, or operations services that are based on the
Software, unless You have a separate written agreement with the
Licensor; running Your own application for Your own users is not
    restricted by this clause;

(c) remove, disable, or circumvent the License Key check or the usage
    report described in Section 5;

(d) remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices.

5. License Keys and Usage Reports

5.1 When a Service runs on more than one Connected Machine, the Software
sends a usage report to the Licensor once a day. The report contains
a Service identifier derived from the Account and the mesh name, the
key identifier of the License Key, the number of Connected Machines,
the Software version, the programming language, and the operating
    system type. It does not
contain application data, player data, or source code. The Licensor
publishes the exact contents and processing of the report.

5.2 The Software does not send any report for a Service that runs on
one Connected Machine, except one final report when a Service shrinks
from more than one Connected Machine to one.

5.3 The Software does not stop a running Service because of a missing
license, an exceeded Machine count, or a failed usage report. The
Software refuses only a second Machine joining a Service that has no
    License Key.

5.4 If Your environment cannot send usage reports, You may request an
    offline license from the Licensor.

6. Continued Use of Licensed Versions

6.1 A version of the Software officially released on or before the end
of Your last paid subscription may be used on the number of Connected
Machines that subscription covered, without time limit, including after
Your subscription ends. Released applications continue to run.

6.2 Versions released after Your paid subscription ends require a current
paid subscription for use beyond what Section 3 allows for free.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 The terms that apply to a version of the Software are the terms of
this license as included with that version. The Licensor does not
    change them retroactively.

7.2 The Licensor may change fees, tiers, or terms for future versions and
for subscription renewals by notice at least ninety (90) days in
    advance.

8. Discontinuation

If the Licensor publishes no new release of the Software for
twenty-four (24) consecutive months, or the Licensor is dissolved, the
latest released version of the Software becomes additionally available
under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

9. Unpaid Use, Declaration, and Audit

9.1 Use that requires a paid license under Section 3 and is not covered
by one may be invoiced at the published fees. The invoice is based
only on usage reports for which the Licensor's service returned a
payment-required status, and counts only the Connected Machines
beyond the free one and Your paid subscription at that time.

9.2 Once a year, the Licensor may ask You to declare the Connected
Machines You use, to confirm the License Key is used as required.
A declaration is not a basis for an invoice under Section 9.1.
With thirty (30) days' notice, the Licensor may ask for reasonable
    evidence of that declaration.

10. Termination

If You breach this license and do not cure the breach within thirty (30)
days after notice from the Licensor, Your rights under this license end
for the use that is in breach. Sections 4, 9, 11, 12, and 13 survive.

11. Trademarks

This license grants no right to use the names or logos "zlink" or
"ZLink Systems", except to describe Your use of the Software accurately.

12. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR
THIS LICENSE, AND THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES
YOU PAID UNDER THIS LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul
Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising
from this license. If a translation of this license differs from this
English text, this English text governs.
