Adds a new SerializableMailMessage object which is created from a normal System.Net.MailMessage.

The SerializableMailMessage can be used to send MailMessage objects to Web API, across HTTP/S connections inside the body as a JSON object.

This was originally found while surfing 'the Google', it was posted on numerous websites. I do not know the original author of the base code.

That said, I've made modifications to the base objects to allow it to be sent over HTTP/S connections as a JSON object.
