ALWasp End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a
legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, "You")
and left-code ("Licensor") for the ALWasp software, including the associated
command-line tool, binaries, and any accompanying materials (the "Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the
terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not install or use the
Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants You a
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the
   Software in object/binary form solely for Your internal business or personal
   development purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not, and may not permit any third party to:
   (a) copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make the
       Software available to any third party, except as expressly permitted
       herein;
   (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
   (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or otherwise
       attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent this restriction
       is prohibited by applicable law;
   (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on or in the Software.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all
   right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all
   intellectual property rights therein. No rights are granted except as
   expressly set forth in this Agreement.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically
   if You breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of
   the Software and destroy all copies in Your possession or control.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR
   BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
   DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS
   AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. GENERAL
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
   regarding the Software and supersedes all prior understandings. If any
   provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
