LoopDelay.NET
Allows you to add a Delay or High Resolution Sleep to Loop Conditions, removing them from the body.
You can optionally add an Expire Time to prevent infinite loops with the option to run an ExpireAction.

Auto Upgrade Resolution
Automatically adjusts the resolution of the delay to the highest available at the interval for the lifetime of the application
Loops.StartLifeTimeUpgradeService(uint delay)
You only need to run this once, running it more than once will do nothing.
