Dapper adapter package for SharpCoreDB.Functional.

Purpose

This module provides functional wrappers over Dapper operations:

  • Task<Option<T>> for optional reads
  • Task<Fin<Unit>> for write operations
  • Task<Seq<T>> for sequence-based queries
