 `SIL.FwBuildTasks.Lib` nuget package, all others `SIL.FwBuildTasks`.
- Build for Netstandard 2.0

Fixed:
- `RegFree` task - don't fail if `Platform` is not specified. In this case just use the
 bitness of the currently running process.
