This Nuget contains .NET 8 class library for reading and writing SPSS 'SAV' files

This backing code is a fork of fbiagi/SPSS-.NET-Reader, which was a fork of spsslib-80132. All functionality is preserved in the port to .net8,

The repository: https://github.com/cccsdh/SPSS-.NET-Reader, currently contains the forked code as well as the new .net 8 code. It also includes a windows viewer for 'SAV' files with excel and csv export support.
