This wraps ValueInjecter's mapper with an IMappingEngine interface to allow DI to inject it.

The default mapper does nothing by default. It must be configured by your system startup or by your DI tool. Add injectors and/or type mappers to MapperFactory to enable the mapping you want!

An ITypeMapper<TSource, TTarget> added to the MapperFactory will use that specific mapper when going from TSource to TTarget. When writing that mapper you will have access to MapperFactory.GetDefaultMapper() to use the default mapper for mapping not specific to your source and target.

Injectors can be overridden for a specific mapping by supplying your desired injectors to the map operation.
