tool as a dotnet tool; Adaptify.PureView.MSBuild.targets fires before the F# compiler and
regenerates *.g.fs for every [<PureView>] binding.

- clean-build codegen: `pureview` needs NO compiled output assembly. Discovery reads model/target types from FCS metadata (FcsType), and the analyzer type-checks the view together with the project's prior source files (model/Msg/Env resolve from source). The Adaptify.PureView.MSBuild auto-hook now works on a clean first build.
