Memory management utilities for the BRUTAL framework: allocators, partitions and the unmanaged-memory primitives the rest of BRUTAL builds on.

This package was previously published as RocketWerkz.Brutal.Core.Memory from the brutal.core repository; its full history moved here with it. The Brutal.Memory namespace and types are unchanged.
