Build

UTF-8 string types and utilities for the BRUTAL framework: String8, RefString8, the string builder and their extensions, with the BRUTALCORE string analyzers embedded.

This package was previously published as RocketWerkz.Brutal.Core.Strings from the brutal.core repository; its full history moved here with it. The Brutal.Strings namespace and types are unchanged.
