Structured logging for the BRUTAL framework: the Log facade, console and file sinks, and the Microsoft.Extensions.Logging bridge.

This package was previously published as RocketWerkz.Brutal.Core.Logging from the brutal.core repository; its full history moved here with it. The Brutal.Logging namespace and types are unchanged.
