Provides an Autofac-specific implementation of the Common Service Locator Api. I originally wrote the Autofac.CommonServiceLocator-unofficial nuspec for an old client, then released it after I didn't work there anymore and luisbocaletti picked it up. Now it's out of date AGAIN and I can't wait for a new version, so here's yet another unofficial release of Autofac Contrib's CSL support.
