Redis provider for BareWire SAGA state persistence using StackExchange.Redis.

AddBareWireSagaRedis<TSaga> registers ISagaRepository<TSaga> with a scoped lifetime and uses
Lua-script optimistic concurrency for atomic state updates. Access is identity-only (lookup by
CorrelationId); arbitrary queries are not supported.
