Attach the XAML Frame for its lifetime:

Then inject FrameNavigationService<MainNavigationHost> into application code.

The adapter mirrors WinUI Frame overloads, including parameterized navigation, NavigationTransitionInfo, GoBack() / GoBack(transition), and GoForward(). It does not activate Pages; WinUI or a separate activation package owns that concern.
