Freshdesk 工单系统服务实现，实现 ITicketService 统一接口。

功能特性

  • 创建工单（主题、描述、请求人、优先级、标签）
  • 查询单个工单详情
  • 更新工单（主题、描述、优先级）
  • 分配工单给处理人
  • 变更工单状态（Open/Pending/Resolved/Closed）
  • 添加工单评论/回复（公开或内部，通过 conversations/notes 接口）
  • 查询工单列表（按处理人过滤，分页，状态在客户端筛选）
  • HTTP Basic Auth（api_key:X，密码为空）鉴权，静态凭据无需令牌刷新
