Cisco Webex Meetings 视频会议服务实现，实现 IVideoConferenceService 统一接口。
功能特性
- 创建会议（含入会链接、会议号）
- 查询/更新/取消会议
- 查询会议列表（按时间、状态分页）
- 参会人邀请（invitees）/移除（UPDATE meeting 重建列表）
- 会议录制查询
- Bearer Token（Personal Access Token 或 JWT）鉴权
