<Window xmlns:bp="clr-namespace:BluePrint.Render.WPF.Controls;assembly=BluePrint.Render.WPF">
<bp:BluePrintPreviewControl x:Name="Preview" />

Hand the control a report definition and it renders and paginates on its own:
Preview.Report = BluePrintDocument.Load("Invoice.bpt").Definition;
Preview.DataProvider = provider;
