ISQLHelper - 基于ADO.NET的SQL帮助类接口

已实现 SQLServerHelper、OracleSQLHelper。提供基础的接口方法：

  • 参数化的基本SQL语句执行
  • 查询DataTable结果的数据

  • 判断用户是否存在、用户是否具有某权限或某角色
