BREAKING CHANGE: the relationship between read and write permissions has been reworked, and the same rules are now enforced on both the client and the server (calling Module.Submit from a script cannot bypass them).
     - Adding a new record no longer requires read permission; updating and deleting still do. This makes "submission form" modules possible - readable only by administrators, writable by everyone. After such a save the record is not read back and no navigation to its page happens.
     - Row conditions (DataReadCondition / DataWriteCondition) are no longer applied to query modules. Restrict rows in the SQL instead - the new reserved query parameter "current_user_id" is always bound to the logged-in user by the server, so it can be used as a permission.
     - In a ListField replace-mode save, rows outside DataWriteCondition are now left alone instead of failing the save; explicit updates and deletes of such rows are still rejected.
     - Data bundled in another module's response (link display texts, dotted link columns, embedded ListField / ModuleField) is now emptied instead of raising an error when the target module cannot be read; a direct request for an unreadable module is still an error. The client no longer falls back to displaying the raw key value when a link display text is hidden.
     - Standalone SQL (ExecuteSqlField) requires the write permission of the module it runs on, and per-SQL execution can be controlled with a PermissionField.
     - ListField: fixed columns (FixedColumnCount) keep the leftmost columns in place while scrolling horizontally, both for lists placed on a detail layout and for list pages. It applies to single-row list layouts whose fixed columns have a width; a design check reports settings that cannot take effect.
     - Layout: GridColumn.IgnoreContentWidth stops wide content (typically a ListField) from widening its column, so the column takes its share of the remaining row width and the list scrolls internally instead of the whole page.
     - ListField summary rows: AddSummaryRow / InsertSummaryRow / ClearSummaryRows add display-only total and subtotal rows. The values, their formatting and the position are decided by the designer's script; text and colours can be set per cell or per row. Total rows stay pinned to the bottom of the table.
     - ListField cell merging (script driven): MergeRows / MergeSameRows merge adjacent equal cells of a view-only column vertically, MergeHeaderColumns merges header cells into group captions, and ListSummaryRow.MergeColumns does the same on summary rows. Merges are split where a subtotal row falls and are ignored where they would cross the fixed-column boundary.
     - Database: the SQLite numeric type family and SQL Server timestamp / rowversion columns are now recognised.
     - New design checks for the rules above: row conditions that cannot apply (query modules, Standalone SQL, link display values, execution permission conditions that reference row data) and fixed-column settings that cannot take effect.
