Usage

    var manager = new Manager(config);
    manager.StartMonitoring();
    manager.Hold();

• Create a new ManagerConfig class, supplying the path to the directory the manager should monitor, The action to be called once an item is found in the directory, and optionally, a TextWriter the manager can use to output logging information
• Create a new Manager, supplying the config
• Call the manager.StartMonitoring() method to start
• Call the manager.Hold() method to stop the app from continuing

Notes

• The Manager is disposable if needed
• manager.Hold() can take a Func<bool> as an overload, which can stop the monitoring if needed
