v1.9.6: Fixed RecommendedSku always showing "Needs Review" (capability names in DefaultRules.json now match the formatter). Added built-in SKU GUID lookup so ActualLicenses no longer shows Unmapped:skuid GUIDs when Directory.Read.All is missing. Apps without role restrictions are now included in the Apps column.
